Welcome to the Ukrainian Sound Garden, an interdisciplinary one-day Open Air Festival highlighting modern Ukrainian sound and vision. Vitsche Culture presents a unique constellation of talented musicians and artists, introducing their fresh projects during a 12h+ long summer edition program in combination with a pop-up market, Ukrainian food and club night.
From 5 pm Young instrumental Ukrainian musicians will take over the outdoor live stage with their unique sound blend of nu-jazz, breakbeat, pop, funk, and electronic music. You'll have an opportunity to deep-dive into the sound that is currently shaping the vibrant contemporary music scene in Ukraine and listen to exclusive unreleased material.
At the pop-up market, Vitsche will present Ukrainian books, DIY prints, and artistic installations that reflect on the subject of cultural integrity in times of war. There will be special corners for delicious Ukrainian food, tea ceremony, and tattoos also starting at 5 pm.
The night stage will be curated by Bass Resistance - a network of Ukrainian and international artists gathered for charity and awareness purposes. In their debut showcase, they will explore the powerful fusion of electro, breaks, and bass music by talented Ukrainian DJs and exciting special guests in the B2B-centred format.
